PhD, MA, BA in Sociology (Universidad de Alicante, UA), BA in Tourism Management (Escuela Oficial de Turismo de Madrid). Prior to teaching at the university she worked as a travel agent and held several positions at the UA International Relations Office and at the UA Summer Courses.
Senior lecturer in Sociology and Tourism Studies at the Departament of Sociology I. She holds a position in the regional government since January 2016.
She is a researcher at the University Institute for Tourism Research. Her current interests are focused on lifestyle mobilities, public opinion on tourism development in mature destinations, and labour market in tourism sector.
